Pfleiderer Polska operates the three production sites Pfleiderer Grajewo, Pfleiderer MDF Grajewo and Pfleiderer Wieruszów where it produces wood-based materials. Pfleiderer Group itself is 100% owned by funds which are managed by global investment firm Strategic Value Partners.
“With today’s announcement, we are formally separating the German and Polish activities of the Pfleiderer Group after a long history as part of the group. (…) The divestment has no impact on the group’s other activities, which include Pfleiderer Germany and Silekol in Poland,” Miguel Kohlmann, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Pfleiderer Group, commented.
Bogdan und Elżbieta Kaczmarek are private investors and owners of furniture and mattress production facilities. “Our goal is to further advance Pfleiderer Polska’s development on the Polish market for wood-based materials, which is of central importance to the European furniture industry. As new shareholders, we want to make investments and increase production capacities,” Bogdan Kaczmarek said.
