In July, the lumber price index was at 154.6% (base 2001 = 100%). Month on month, it fell by 4.15 percentage points. Compared to the start of the year, it rose by 3.4 points. Compared July 2023, a slight increase of 0.7 percentage points is reported.
The price index for log wood was at 144.8% in July and thus 4.7 percentage points lower than in June. Compared to January, it decreased by 7.2 percentage points. Compared to July last year, the index value increased by 6 percentage points.
