More sawlogs, less energy wood

In 2024, a total of 73.7 million m³ of wood were harvested for the industry and energy generation in Finland – around 1 million m³ more than in 2023. Of this total volume, 62.1 million m³ were logs and industrial wood for commercial use and exports.
