As numerous US online platforms reported, Timberlab plans the construction of a factory for large-format cross-laminated timber in Millersburg/OR, about an hour’s drive south of Portland. The factory is said to have an annual capacity of 100,000 m³ of CLT and will create 100 new jobs. Once operative, it is going to be one of the biggest CLT production sites in the whole of North America.
