Sales of 4.19 billion were achieved in 2013 by German sawmills with over 50 employees. Thus, revenues increased by 4.6% compared to 2012, falling short of a marginal 0.8% on 2011-figures.
This sales growth occurred in three exceptionally strong months: July ( 423 million) and September ( 386 million) were up 13% each over the previous year's results. But the largest relative increase of 20% to 225 million was achieved in the unseasonably warm December.
